Not quite happy with your order, or received something that’s not right? No problem at all, we’ve got you covered at HARNIER.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories included
  • Request submitted within 30 days of delivery

We may decline returns that don’t meet these requirements.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear
  • Jewellery
  • Undergarments and intimate items
  • Items marked as Final Sale

How to Return Your Order

Step 1

Contact our support team to request a return. We’ll send you a return form along with clear instructions.
Please take a moment to review all return conditions before sending anything back.

Step 2

Fill out the return form with the required details.

Step 3

Send your item back:

  • Ship to the address provided (Hong Kong / China warehouse)
  • Ensure the item is unused and in original condition, including packaging
  • Include the completed return form inside the parcel
  • Use a tracked shipping service

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We cannot take responsibility for returns sent without tracking.

Step 4

Once your return arrives and is inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 working days
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the issue

If approved, HARNIER will cover the return shipping and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
  • After this window, we’re unable to make any adjustments

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed after multiple attempts and no redelivery is arranged:

  • The parcel may be abandoned by the courier
  • No refund will be issued

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Returns due to personal preference: customer covers shipping costs
  • Faulty or incorrect items: we’ll take care of the return shipping

Delayed Deliveries

If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe:

  • You’ll have an additional 7 days to request a return

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive return activity
  • Items returned used, worn, damaged, or incomplete may be declined or partially refunded
  • Refunds may be refused if the return doesn’t meet our policy
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors outside our control
